Senior Mobility & Strength
Senior Mobility & Strength is a real, programmed, instructor-led strength session designed for active adults who intend to stay physically capable for decades — not a gentle hour that accomplishes nothing. The work targets functional strength, joint health, balance, and fall prevention, at an intensity that is genuinely challenging and appropriately scaled. It is also our entry point for members returning after surgery, including knee and hip replacement, rotator cuff repair, and ACL reconstruction, working strictly within surgeon-cleared ranges.
