Denver HIIT
& Highlands Ranch HIIT
Group classes designed for quality of life — regardless of age or injury. High-Intensity Interval Training, Strength and Mobility, and hard-core fitness challenge coaching. Our programs are for folks who are serious about fitness.
The three pillars of every session. Not a tagline — a standard. Ready for Life.™
Not your average gym.
This isn’t a warehouse of equipment with nobody watching. It’s a private facility where every class is coached, every session is programmed, and every member is expected to show up and work.
We built this for people who want more than a membership card — who want results, accountability, and a group around them that doesn’t accept mediocrity.
Manic HIIT
High-intensity interval training combining strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance into a continuously varying 60-minute session you will never repeat. Designed for athletic adults, competitive athletes, and anyone who is done with workouts that don’t actually challenge them.

“I finished Xterra Beaver Creek a full 15 minutes faster than my previous time — while spending the same amount of time training. Three sessions a week. The results speak for themselves.”— David Kinzel, Xterra triathlete
“After a knee injury and lengthy recovery, staying in shape is mandatory. I never would have guessed the results would be this drastic. I’ve loved the format and seeing everyone else push themselves.”— Rachel Short, member
LIFT
Strength-focused group classes for beginners and intermediates. A coached, progressive program that teaches you to move well under load and build the foundation everything else runs on.
Yoga & Mobility
Intentional movement, breath work, and recovery practice that complements every other program in the facility. This is what makes the rest of your training last — and what separates athletes who stay healthy from those who don’t.

hands-on · focused · confident
Senior Mobility & Strength
Not a gentle stretching class. A real, programmed, coached fitness program designed for active adults who want to preserve strength, maintain mobility, and stay physically capable for decades.
Youth Athletics
Structured sport performance and conditioning for young athletes. Speed, agility, strength, and mental toughness — developed in a competitive group environment under qualified supervision. Train like an athlete before you have to.

chalk · flag · full effort
Spartan 300 Challenge
Our benchmark challenge programming, including the full Murph and The 300 workout. This is the test you train toward — a measurable, repeatable standard that tells you exactly what your training actually built. Not for your first week.
Personal Training
Everything the facility offers — expert coaching, full equipment access, a private training environment — applied exclusively to your individual goals, schedule, and history. One coach. One member. One goal.

This is for you if…
Not every gym is right for every person — and we’re fine with that. Here’s who thrives here.
You’re done with big-box gyms.
You’ve navigated the crowded equipment, ignored the blaring pop music, and wondered why you even renewed. Nobody knew your name. Nobody checked your form. Nobody cared.
This is a private facility with small classes, qualified coaches, and a community that actually holds each other accountable. You will be seen. You will be coached. You will be expected.
You’re an athlete who trains better with others.
You know what it feels like to push past what you thought you could do — and you know it happens faster when people around you are doing the same.
Our HIIT program is used by off-season competitors and semi-professional athletes who need conditioning that actually transfers to sport.
You’re starting over — or starting fresh.
Coming back from injury, a long break, or a first attempt that didn’t stick. You don’t need to be shamed and you don’t need to be coddled. You need a coach who scales the work to where you actually are.
LIFT is built exactly for this. So is Senior Mobility & Strength if you’re returning post-surgery.
You want to stay capable for decades.
Not chasing a number on a scale — chasing the ability to ski at 70, hike at 75, and pick up your grandchildren without thinking about it.
Senior Mobility & Strength is real programmed training, adapted intelligently. Not a gentle hour that accomplishes nothing.

“Every class is different, every coach knows my name, and every session is actually programmed. I’ve never had that anywhere else.”— Highlands Ranch member

Frequently asked questions.
No. Every class is scaled to the individual. Our coaches modify load, range, and intensity in real time — beginners and competitive athletes train in the same room without either being shortchanged.
Tell your coach before class. We program modifications daily for knee, shoulder, back, and post-surgical members. Senior Mobility & Strength is our dedicated entry point for post-surgical return under surgeon clearance.
Sixty minutes, coached start to finish — including warm-up, mobility, the working portion, and a structured cool-down.

Built different.
We’ve been coaching in Highlands Ranch since 2010 as Manic Training. Fifteen years, one location, one standard — and now under names that say what we actually do.
Private facility
Not a franchise floor. A room where the coaches know your name, your goals, and your restrictions.
Every session programmed
Nothing is improvised and nothing repeats. Each class is written before you walk in.
Certified coaches only
Every program is led by a credentialed instructor in that discipline — not a generalist reading a screen.
